Digby’s pursuit of excellence is waged through the refined art of blending, using grapes grown by its meticulous vineyard partners in the chalk and clay soils of Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset. The long, cool growing season of these sites, combined with Digby’s inventive winemaking, have put it in the vanguard of the English sparkling wine movement. In 2021, Digby acquired its first owned vineyard site - Digby's Hilden Vineyard - in Kent, and continues to develop its vineyard portfolio to bring out the best of the country's nuanced and varied terroirs.
