
Description
The grapes were handpicked over three days in late Autumn before being carefully pressed. After a slow, cool fermentation, the wine was gravity fed to oak barrels where it matured for nine months prior to bottling. Upon pouring, the sophisticated nose entwines ripe lemon with delicate oak. The palate is generous, with reams of nutmegged apple flan.
