Appearance: An iridescent pale, white peach. Clear with ultra-fine bubbles with a hint of bronzing from the Pinot Noir
Nose: Ripe pear and stone fruit with crisp lemon, green apple, and grapefruit.
Taste: Peaches, ripe pears, a hint of raspberry and a long, clean, lemon, and green apple with a long grapefruit finish.
Blend: 39% Chardonnay, 61% Pinot Noir
Pairings: Fabulous with most dishes but especially good with shellfish, charcuterie, canapes and pizza. Also complex enough to hold its own as an aperitif
