Crisp, light and delicate, created from Seyval Blanc grapes, ripened in the Pembrokeshire sunshine in our low intervention vineyard. Prolonged skin contact extracts maximum flavour into the juice, which is then naturally fermented in oak barrels. Regular stirring of the yeast adds creaminess and body. Our attention to detail in the growing and the long, careful making lead to a natural product of exceptional quality. One of only three still whites recommended by Susy Atkins in an article in The Daily Telegraph at the time of the Coronation. Also recommended by her in Delicious magazine.
