Pinot Noir 2022

Cold soaked for three days prior to fermentation in specialist red wine tanks. 10 day skin ferment with plunge-downs and pump overs and some whole bunch inclusion. Aged in 2/3 year old barrels for 7 months before the wine is bottles unfiltered and unfined to allow this well structured but delicate and light Pinot Noir to reflect the unique South Devon climate in which our vines flourish.
