Description
A complex and subtle nose with layered flavours of wet stone, crushed oyster shell and pithy citrus zest. Great texture with a generous mouthfeel from a combination of 25% fermentation in neutral burgundy barrels, partial malolactic and extended lees contact. The palate shows depth and complexity, with subtle nectarine and flint flavours wrapped around a focused acid structure and bone dry finish
