Description
One of the highlights of 2022, this Chardonnay was very ripe and clean. Cool fermented in stainless steel results in a more fruit forward, lighter style of Chardonnay that is more reminscent of a Chablis.
This Chardonnay displays citrus, honey and apple aromas. The palate is dry, crisp and racy with apple and citrus flavours.
