Description
Fruit is whole- bunch pressed and vinified in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain aromatic delicacy. The wine was blended, clarified and bottled in March 2023.
Chapel Flint Dry is a fragrant wine with aromas of green apple,citrus and pear. The palate is dry and crisp with flavours of pear and melon which lead to a refreshing finish.
