Description
The Bacchus grape is England’s answer to Sauvignon Blanc. It produces a fresh and crisp wine with enticing citrus-fruit flavours, an elegant elderflower character and a refreshing finish. This excellent example comes from Chapel Down’s vineyards in Kent, where the chalk-rich soil adds a delicious mineral quality. Perfect with seafood, summer salads or Thai cuisine.
