Description
Bright golden with a fine delicate mousse. The nose shows ripe stone fruits, honeyed citrus and toasted almond. The palate brims full of ripe citrus and orchard fruit notes of pear and red apple, hints of white peachand a touch of raspberry. Soft spice, lightly toasted nuts and a custard tart note sit alongside the generous fruit character which leads to a long, focussed, mineral finish. Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, white fish and cheese. Superb with a pan seared scallops, a classic lobster roll or welsh rarebit and a marvelous match across a selection of canapés.
